Refund and rescheduling policy

Refund and rescheduling policy Go Direct Mini Bus aims to fulfill all scheduled agreements to the full conditions and terms agreed upon. Our commitment to qualitative services is partially dependent on punctual timing and scheduling of both personnel and resources. All reservations and deposits will therefore be definitive in nature and non refundable for any reason whatsoever. Go Direct Mini Bus retains the right to, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to any of its other rights under Australian Law, occasionally grant partial refunds. Upon reservation, no possibility for modification or termination of the agreed upon service or schedule will be offered. Go Direct Mini Bus may, at its sole discretion opt to take into account clients requests for rescheduling, in which case partial retaining of a fulfilled deposit, might be allowed by Go Direct Mini Bus. Such requests, not deviating from the aforementioned absent of obligation of any kind on the part of Go Direct Mini Bus, need to be submitted in writing or by email no later than five workdays in advance of the day for which services are scheduled. Any rescheduling, if offered, will take place at such times and under such conditions as suit the overall operations of Go Direct Mini Bus.


Further stipulations may be applied at a later date. This policy will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of South Australia and Australia as a whole and take precedence over such clauses as are to be considered facultative in case of deviation. In no event will any liability of Go Direct Mini Bus exceed the amount of the fees and/or deposits collected. Any and all kinds of consequential or incidental damages and or liabilities are excluded. By booking or agreeing to these services, the client indicates that this policy was read, understood and fully agreed upon.
